ESPRESSO SUPREME:

Is a blend made of BSCA certified coffees, Bourbon varieties, micro-lots or and Cup of Excellence coffees. It is not a constant blend, but we change it from time to time. Sometimes it is 100% cup of Excellence, sometimes it is a blend of the finest coffees we trace every crop year.

Cup of Excellence:

The best Coffees from Central and South America. These coffees are auctioned and are the most expensive in the World. Their taste, most of the time is unique! The main disadvantage is the limited quantities that are available. The Cup of Excellence entered Africa and aims to expands to more countries.

Bourbon Variety

Bourbon is one of the most rare coffee tree varieties around the world. It's nature hasn't been changed for houndrets of years. It's worth mentioning that the top 70% - 80%, Cup of Excellence coffees are Bourbon.

ESPRESSO FINE:

Mokka is the 1st Greek Company that used Certified Speciality Coffees in their Blends.

Blend espresso FINE is Certified 100% from the Brazil Speciality Coffee Association (BSCA).

Espresso Fine is our top selling blend. 100% is made from BSCA certified, Natural, Pulp Natural and Fully Washed processed coffee varieties. The only blend in Greece that every kilo is certified from BSCA. The sticker on the packaging ensures it’s quality and traceability.

Origin oriented:

One Ritch Blend made from coffees from Central America, Brazil, Africa and India, roasted in three different colors. American roast, German roast and French roast. You can also blend two different roast colors.
